Elevated Signals sought a full website refresh with an emphasis on a modern, user-centric design that aligned with their evolving brand. They requested improved navigation to serve a highly targeted B2B audience, as well as an enhanced user experience for showcasing their software in an engaging way. In addition to the redesign, Elevated Signals needed integration with HubSpot for lead capture and a streamlined process for managing resources like whitepapers and case studies. The team also expressed interest in post-launch support, including training for content management and guidance on maintaining brand consistency across digital assets.

They wanted the new site to incorporate high-quality design elements, alternative font and color palettes, stylized software mockups, and interactive features that would differentiate their platform in a competitive market. To ensure the success of this transformation, Elevated Signals required a collaborative process that included UX research, competitor analysis, and input from their internal stakeholders.

Pragmatica approached the project by first conducting a discovery workshop with Elevated Signals to understand their business goals, user personas, and desired outcomes.

1. UX Research & Design:
Pragmatica utilized a mix of Optimal Workshop, user interviews, Slickplan, and Miro to conduct in-depth UX research. Interviews with target users from the Food & Beverage and manufacturing sectors helped shape personas and journey maps. Google Analytics data and competitor insights were analyzed to inform design decisions. The design team refined Elevated Signals’ preferred concept (Version 5), integrating feature buttons and retro-style elements from other variants while exploring alternative font and color treatments for a more dynamic visual language. Complex graphics such as icons, diagrams, and animations were developed to enhance the user experience.

2. Website Development & Integrations:
Pragmatica decided to build the website from scratch in Webflow to ensure a clean, optimized codebase and seamless integrations. Standard HubSpot CRM integrations were implemented to manage lead capture forms and content downloads effectively. Anti-spam reCAPTCHA validation and basic SEO best practices were included, while optional features like Calendly integration, cookie consent management, and Google Tag Manager setup were offered as additional services. Up to 10 blogs and case studies were migrated, with URL redirects and metadata handled for SEO continuity.

3. Project Management & Collaboration:
Clear communication was a cornerstone of the project. Pragmatica provided a detailed project timeline with key deliverables, weekly updates, and a shared project board to track tasks. Feedback was gathered via Webflow’s native commenting tool and email. Two 30-minute training sessions and a comprehensive PDF guide empowered the Elevated Signals team to confidently manage their content post-launch.

4. Post-Launch Support:
Post-launch, Pragmatica committed to ensuring the website’s functionality and resolving any design imperfections. A flexible support structure was outlined, offering affordable hourly or per-project pricing for future enhancements.
