WEBSITE DESIGNER
Full-time · Remote (Within Canada)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong sense of aesthetics with a user-centered mindset and has experience designing responsive websites across different sectors.
What You’ll Do:
- Design responsive, accessible, and visually engaging websites for our clients
- Create wireframes, mockups, UI kits, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and content strategists
- Participate in client meetings and translate business goals into effective design solutions
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in website or UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design experience across multiple projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, and accessibility principles
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Webflow is a plus
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Passion for designing for mission-driven and diverse audiences

- Experience working with nonprofits or healthcare organizations
